We have lots of opportunities to grow and connect, whatever your age. In addition to these regular meetings, check our Events page to see what else is going on at WIC.

Adults

Small Groups: We have community groups across the D.C. metro area that meet virtually and in person throughout the week. These groups have fellowship in the Lord, pray together, encourage one another, and study the word of God.

Growing Disciples Class: Would you like to grow more in your Christian faith? This class will help you learn how to study the word of God in depth so you can become a mature disciple of Jesus Christ. It is in-person only~~Sundays at 9 AM.

Men: The men of WIC meet every Saturday at 9 AM to eat breakfast, engage in honest conversations, and have Christian fellowship.

Women: The women of WIC meet in person once a month at 9:30 AM on Saturday to have Christian fellowship and do a book-based study.

Prayer: Prayer is vital to everything we do as a church. We have a weekly online prayer meeting at 7 PM on Sunday.

Youth

We invite our youth to join us upstairs in our new youth room every Sunday for a great time of fun, fellowship, and studying God's Word. Our youth group is open to any student in middle and high school. We meet each Sunday immediately following the morning service from 12:15-1:45 PM. Our monthly schedule of activities is available here. Lunch will be provided.

Children

Alliance Kids WIC is a place for kids newborn through grade 5. The littlest ones (babies through age 2) meet in the nursery on the main floor during the entire service. There, they will be met by a loving staff of volunteers who are ready to love them and show them Jesus so that their parents can be in the service. The older kids (age 3 through grade 5) meet in our new Family Ministry area on the top floor. The kids are part of 3 different groups that rotate through praise and lesson time, crafts, and games. They are dismissed before the sermon and stay there until parents pick them up afterwards.

All our volunteers are trained and have a background check done. They are there because we believe that discipleship is important to all ages, and this is the first place where our kids will develop their spiritual community and a walk with Jesus.
